The Department of School Education & Literacy, Ministry of Education, invites students of Classes IX–XII from across the country to participate in Rashtriya Kavya Utsav 2026, a national recitation competition hosted on the Rashtriya e-Pustakalaya (ReP) platform.

-Record a 60–90 second recitation video
-Share it on social media using the prescribed official handles and hashtag
-Submit your entry through the National Digital Library portal
